Stromberg Carlson IVORY rotary 500 telephone works. New old stock.

This beautiful Brand new Old Stock  rotary telephone is  from the 1960s in its original box   . They have never seen the light of day and you will be the first person to use it.

They are 510 series telephones and have a clear switch in front   The reason they are in sealed packages is that they were produced for the United States Army. It is made by Stromberg Carlson  and is the same as Western Electric 

The handsets are heavy Bakelite. Everything is included and they will work on POTS lines . If you have digital service you will need a converter. We sell several types of converters. These are the last of the well made rotary phones. We will install a dial center card for you. These come with a hardwired wall jack and mount We can add a modular plug onto the new cord instead. That way you can plug your new Bakelite phone in and use it right away.

 This phone will provide a lifetime of dependable service. 

I can do the following options for you with the clear switch for the asking 

Turn the switch into a transmitter mute.. so when you want to talk with someone thats  in the room and you dont wish the other party to hear you turn the switch 

Or turn the clear switch into a Ringer Cut off ..  Good for sleeping.
