I really appreciate being able to order a replacement jack for our rotary phone. Dropped the phone on the floor and was glad to be able to fix it thanks to this part! Plus the Old Phone Shop is quick & efficient, a pleasure to do business with!

A nice jack at a reasonable price.

My old rotary phone was dropped right on the jack side, breaking the jack. Could not determine how to glue it so I did an internet search for parts. I queried the proprietor for the correct part number, which he answered promptly; it was a stock item so I ordered it. It was shipped promptly and I received it via US mail a few days later. I was then able to replace the broken jack with the new one by matching the connections, however the wire color codes were different than what was in my phone. It worked fine and I am satisfied that this phone will work for another 50 years!

exact replacement for the 500's equipped already with a modular end, spade connectors are exact, no fitment issues. Great for a retrofit if you want to make your older 500 easy to use. Modification to the body needed for older 500.
