Here is a Western Electric 51AL candlestick telephone with a dispatchers type hook and  hanging receiver .

The dial is an automatic Electric dial with a rural ( numbers only )dial plate. This does not have the   subset cord or  ringer subset which is required for this phone to work  .  Im sure all of the original parts are there
