I ordered this part by looking at the picture instead of checking first to see if it was the right one. It wasn't. (My bad.) I took some pictures of the part I needed to replace and sent them to Old Phone Shop. They advised me that they had the correct part and if I would return the incorrect one and $4 for shipping, they would send the correct one. I did and they did. The new part was an exact match for my phone. This entire process was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Great Service!
