1910 SH Couch 4 Button Intercom candlestick. Thid phone has a black  finish. The transmitter faceplate is well marked, there is a nickel plated nameplate faceplate on the stem with a spot to put the 4 persons or places that correspond with the 4 buttons. This phone came out of a collection in VA.
