Phone ringer
I have a collection of old rotary phones which are spread out around my home. All the grandchildren have been taught how to use them to call each other over the private phone network installed in my closet. The crown jewel of my collection is an AE50 wall phone recently acquired at an antique store and now hung in the kitchen. We can call the family to dinner on Sunday nights or the little kids can beat us to it by calling down to the kitchen to enquire when dinner will be ready. All this is possible because of the ringer I purchased from The Old Phone Shop. The long brass spring on the original ringer was all stretched out and could no longer be adjusted. The one I got from The Old Phone Shop perfectly replaced the original and connecting the two wires took a few seconds. It came carefully padded in a box in just a few short days after ordering. So now when the phone rings, I can hear my grandchildren giggle. That is priceless to me.
