Here is an original working antique round base  Monophone High cradle  telephone that was patented in the 1920s and produced by the Automatic  Electric telephone company. This Highboy model is much more rare than the shorter cradle 1A telephones which you more commonly see on Ebay. The early Art deco heavy bakelite handset has newly nickle plated solid brass bands. It has the older style spit cup mouthpiece. We have polished this handset and added  black cloth covered cords that match for the handset, for the wall cord and for the subset ringer. Inside the telephone a network has been installed which will provide  good transmitting and you will be able to receive well also.

We have included the matching Monophone ringer box to go along with this stylish phone so you have a matching set.

This really has a beautiful sound that only these old ringers can make. Your  room will be filled  with the wonderful ring sound just as it would have almost a century ago.
