Northern Electric 3 slot payphone. This would look nice in a phonebooth or on your wall.
Its in decent shape as you can see in the pictures. It has near perfect porcelain Daisy dial face. Western and Northern Electric payphones look the same. A Northern Electric payphone was produced in Canada.
It fully works as a home phone. This payphone has the heavier G1 bakelite handset and a new coiled rubber cord both in nice shape. The middle instruction sign is yellow and black direction card on how to deposit coins .
This had been sitting in a collection for ages. We have done nothing more than cleaned this up a little and its nearly all original with its coin relay.
A long black handset cord has been installed. A 7ft line cord has been installed so you will have no problem plugging this payphone in.
An internal ringer has been added to signal calls. You will receive a key for the upper housing lock and 1 keys for the Chrome vault door.
When you drop a Nickle, Dime or Quarter each type of coin makes a different sound as they hit the gongs.

The vault door is chrome and in nice condition. The coin return bucket is the harder to find one made of bakelite .
The payphone is fully working as a home phone. Just plug it in and use it. This phone still has the coin relay in it. It will not ring . A separate auxiliary ringer with a real bell will be furnished to signal calls
