Pulse to rotary dial convertor ( for digital telephone providers)
This is a must if you have digital telephone service . Now you can still use your rotary phone . This will convert the pulse dialing from your cool old rotary phone to DTMF tones compatable with modern VOIP equipment .
Now you can still use your wonderful rotary dial telephone . Just plug it in and your rotary telephone works like it did before. Dialing on a quality rotary phone is great. The tactile heaviness of the dial , the finger stop . the smooth whirr of the gears , all provide you with the opportunity to slow down and think how things were earlier when life was somewhat better.
Its nice to forget about all those modern things for a while.
There is nothing like an old phone when ringing fills the room as it would half a century ago. Works with low voltage VOIP like Magic jack and AT &T Uverse , Comcast and others
There are several kinds out there. This one is the best and its hassle free

Received this unit and wired in series as instructed. Worked great the first time flawlessly. Now my 50's 3 coin pay phone dials out! Thanks,

I was not sure if it would work. But, it works like a charm.

This converter could not be easier to install, just plug it in. Love being able to use my rotary phone again.
Fantastic rotary dial converter!

I just bought two of the Dialgizmo rotary dial converters and am thrilled with their performance. In addition to converting pulses to tones, they have other convenient features: last number redial, speed dial, and # and * capability. I have used another product which had an internal battery which ultimately failed after some months of use. This product has no battery so it's literally "plug and play." So glad to find this product.
Pulse to Touch Tone

Exactly one week after I installed my restored rotary wall phone, my local telco did away with pulse dialing. This converter works as advertized and calls can again be made with a rotary telephone. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that when dialing, you have to wait until you hear the tone (which I would rather not hear) before you dial your next number. To me this does take away some of the nostalgia of a rotary dial.
Dialgizmo--Good for one extension

Overall, I am pleased with Dialgizmo. It is easier to install and use than a Rototone device which installs inside the telephone's case. Dialgizmo certainly works on VoIP telephone service (like AT&T U-verse) as advertised, whereas Rototone cannot be used with VoIP service. Some Dialgizmo owners mention that Dialgizmo can be installed at the VoIP modem to serve all the extension phones connected to the modem. I got my Dialgizmo to work that way, but once a day at least, it caused my phone line to give off a 'busy' or 'engaged' signal. I was able to correct this by unplugging the Dialgizmo from the modem output port and immediately plugging it back in. That got a little tiresome, so I am just using it on one telephone instrument. Dialgizmo was not advertised for use on more than one telephone at a time, so it does actually function properly as advertised. Overall, I am pleased with the Dialgizmo. I would recommend it to others wanting to use a dial telephone on a VoIP system--with one caveat--use it on one phone at a time.
