The jack on my husband's old phone was in bad shape and the plastic was literally crumbling. I really didn't think I would find a replacement, but, amazingly, eventually came across Old Phone Shop. The part was a perfect fit. They had it in the mail to me almost immediately and everything was fixed in a few days. Very pleased.
